Pros: Sound is impressive, touchscreen is great, all-in-one works well for our space, and fast
Cons: batterys in keyboard/mouse, no others.
First off, I use this for home and kids. That means that we do not max out capacity with gaming, video editing etc. For our purposes this device is fast and capable. The only issue I had was during shipping the outer casing came apart around the DVD. DVDs jammed 50% of the time on eject. Once I snapped the casing back in place, it has worked flawlessly. Sometimes when using I forget that it is touchscreen and accidentally click on something with my finger. However, the kids love it for notes and activity games.
The sound was surprisingly good considering the speakers are integrated into the screen body. I was really impressed even with the positive comments from other reviewers on the sound.
This computer has the option of flipping between regular Windows and an HP touch customized Windows (sort of a skin). The HP touch windows environment is a bit different and takes some time to get used to. I would say it is very good but not immediately intuitive to find things. Overall, I would purchase again and recommend this for most home users.
