Awesome product, Great Customer Service

Solid as a rock. Running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS with no problems. All 5 network ports are live. I'm using this box as the router between my wifi, local LAN, DMZ and the internet. The only negative I can cite is that the small case fan they added is louder than its neighbor, an HP N40L hosting ESX with my VMs.

I had questions about compatibility which I expressed to MitxPC, and they worked with me to assuage my concerns. I was able to pick up the unit (they're slightly off the path of my commute route) and test my use cases before we finalized the sale.

Overall, this is a great little box, with solid components, and is compatible (with Ubuntu, at least). I can't speak for the graphics, as I run my server in console mode.

Cheap PS connector

The computer itself works great. No issues installing Linux (Debian testing). My only complaint is with the DC power connector on the included AC/DC power supply. The inner conductor of the plug consists of two small fingers which stopped making contact after a small number of connect/disconnects. I was in a rush and replaced the connector myself (type N power coaxial power plug) instead of waiting for a replacement.
