The product was late at first, but once I received the product... I was pleased. The monitor, mouse, and keyboard are HP brands, but the computer itself is a Dell. All the parts are in good condition. I've had the computer for about a month and the no issues. I use the computer to watch Netflix, Pandora, TV and other streaming online activities in the family room. I am pleased and will buy more for my children if available...what a steal!!!

I gave it 5 stars thats for the product and costumer service, packaging was not good on the first time, the tower was well bubble wrap but the monitor was just out lose, the tower was not working at all so we call the company and they are fast in shipping another one to replace the defective 1 and its working just fine it look nice and occupy small space.
