Very satisfied. Great people to work with. Will buy again. The more I deal with them, the more I value our working relationship. I wrote a previous review questioning an issue which was settled wonderfully! Tried to retract that review but Amazon does not allow that! Unfair! This seller is 100% perfect, not 99%!!

My old machine quit working so I went online to Amazon to have a look at what was available. All I needed was the tower, so I compared items and choose the refurbished Dell Optiplex at a great price. It was delivered on time and in great condition. I had no problems setting it up and installing my software. Buying this was way-cheaper than a repair on my old machine. Anyone that needs a great computer at a great price should give this a try - I saved over $200.00 buy choosing to shop at Amazon.com.

A great buy if you're still running Win XP. The PC works perfectly and will fit in nicely in our office network. Very Satisfied!
